How to measure (simple steps)
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest (under your armpits) while keeping the tape level.
- Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the collar) down to the hem.
- Shoulder: Measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back.

Sleeve: For short sleeves measure from the shoulder seam to the hem of the sleeve. For long sleeves measure from the shoulder seam down to the wrist.
Tip: If you own a well-fitting t‑shirt, measure it flat (lay it on a table) and double‑check chest (across 1 side) then multiply by 2 to compare with the chart.
How we recommend choosing a size
- If you prefer slim/trim fit — choose the size that closely matches your chest measurement.
- If you prefer a comfortable/relaxed fit — choose +1 size than your chest measurement suggests.
- When between sizes, prefer the larger size for better comfort, especially for smart‑casual and layering.
