Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please assure to make unpacking video for all the orders, if in case received wrong or defective orders.
We offer 7 days easy return policy, simply mail us your return or exchange request with your Order ID at onlinesales@yellowpepper.co.in. We have Open Box Return, so kindly ensure product is in the unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached to avoid return rejection.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please share the package unboxing video for wrong product / Missing item received.
If the order was COD (Cash on Delivery) then the refund will be "Store Credits" Which can only be used during prepaid orders.
Please allow at least two to three working (2-3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

● Customized items that are made specifically on customer's requirement
● Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
● Is returned without original packaging and accessories
● Serial Number is tampered.
