Welcome to the Yellow Pepper Help Center. Here you’ll find answers to our most common questions about fit, fabric, shipping, and returns.
We highly recommend using our Size Guide (located on every product page). Since we use Garment Measurements, the best way to find your fit is to measure a shirt you currently own and love, then match those numbers to our chart. Do not guess your size based on other brands!
If you prefer a modern, tailored look, choose the smaller size. If you prefer a relaxed or comfortable fit, we recommend going with the larger size.
• Slim Fit: Fits closer to the body.
• Regular Fit: Offers more room in the chest and waist.
We use premium pre-shrunk cotton for most of our garments. However, natural cotton can shrink slightly (about 3-5%) if washed in hot water or dried in a dryer. We recommend washing in cold water and air drying to maintain the perfect fit.
We offer a hassle-free 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy. If you are not satisfied with the fit or quality, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

We offer Free Exchanges for size issues. For returns (refunds), a nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹100 may be deducted from your refund amount to cover courier charges.
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return (usually 5-7 days after pickup), we initiate the refund within 24 hours.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original source (3-5 business days).
• COD Orders: Refunded via Bank Transfer or Store Credit.

Our fabrics are chosen for breathability, softness, and durability in the Indian climate. Check the "Product Description" on each page for exact fabric details.
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting and differences in monitor/screen settings, there may be a slight variation in the actual product color.
